trademarks associated with Nike Inc. The Nike sneaker is treated
as a canvas on this site and is being used for creativity
and novelty purposes only. Customized artwork is not meant for
mass distribution and is performed on a commissioned basis and in
limited numbers.
6. Material on this site is provided for lawful
purposes only. Goods sold on this site are provided for lawful
purposes only.
7. This website may contain discussion groups,
news groups, bulletin boards, chat rooms and other interactive
services (collectively, "Message Boards"). Your use of Message
Boards is at your own risk. We reserve the right, but not the
obligation, to monitor our Message Boards and to remove or alter

goods procured from Authorized Nike Dealers.
11. All sneakers are hand customized by Chef of
GourmetKickz. Therefore any issues regarding the quality of
products received from GourmetKickz should be directed to
chef@gourmetkickz.com

been manufactured by Nike, please proceed to

13. By using the Essential GourmetKickz Creator
powered by 1800 Tequila you inherintly agree to the terms and
conditions of
www.gourmetkickz.com
14. All design permutations represented by the
Essential GourmetKickz Creator powered by 1800 Tequila are the
property of GourmetKickz and cannot be duplicated with the express
permission of GourmetKickz and 1800 Tequila.
15. All artwork represented by the Essential
GourmetKickz Creator powered by 1800 Tequila are the property of
Proximo Spirits. More information on these pieces of art can be
found on www.1800tequila.com
16. GourmetKickz has been commissioned by 1800
Tequila and Proximo Spirits to customize the sneakers represented
on this site and referred to as collaboration pieces between
GourmetKickz and 1800 Tequila.
17. GourmetKickz is therefore the only sneaker
artist allowed to legally carry out designs containing Essential
1800 Tequila artwork, artwork submitted to 1800 Tequila via
www.1800tequila.com , or
trademarks owned by 1800 Tequila.
18. GourmetKickz under commission by 1800 Tequila
and in conjunction with the Essential 1800 Tequila Artist Series
has been permitted to reproduce designs represented on
www.gourmetkickz.com and
described as collaboration pieces between GourmetKickz and 1800
Tequila for customers of GourmetKickz Authorized GourmetKickz
Dealers.
