Custom sneaker wait times vary. Unless otherwise stated on the product description itself, current wait times range from 6 to 8 months. This wait time may increase with no advance notice. All custom sneakers are paid for in advance. Any need for a custom sneaker for a specific date should be discussed with Chef prior to purchase.

All sales are final. If you receive your completed sneaker and are genuinely unhappy with the results, please contact Chef directly. He will ask for images of areas of the completed piece that concern you and discuss a strategy to repair, fix, or improve upon the final piece. Any claims filed with paypal will be closed immediately in Chef's favor as PayPal no longer warranties claims on custom goods.

If too many rush requests or order inquiries are received prior to the default due date or requested and agreed upon due date your order will be converted to a website credit. The cost of the base shoe and % of work completed on the shoe will be deducted from your payment amount.
