Order processing: All orders are processed immediately. Clothing orders are sent into production within hours of ordering. This is why these types of orders carry a no-cancellation policy. Custom sneaker orders are processed within 72 hours of receipt. Typically this slight delay is to make sure clients don’t change their minds, and since these items have a higher price point we like to make sure payments are valid.
Production Times: Clothing and accessories take about 1 week to make, then they ship. Custom sneakers take about 1 to 2 months to make, then they ship.
Domestic Shipping Methods: Orders containing just 1 shirt will ship via USPS First Class. Orders containing 2 or more clothing items ship via USPS Priority. At times clothing items are fulfilled by different print facilities, so you may receive separate First Class packages or separate Priority Packages, depending on how many items you ordered. Orders containing custom sneakers are always shipped via USPS Priority.
International Shipping Methods: International orders are shipped via DHL e-commerce, USPS First Class International, USPS Priority International, UPS International, or FedEx. The selected method depends on the buyer’s location and how large their shipment is.
Tracking: Tracking numbers for clothing and accessories are sent to the buyer within 1 week of ordering. In other words, as soon as the item is out of production, it ships and the buyer is notified with tracking info. Tracking numbers for custom sneakers are sent as soon as the shoe is completed. Again this is anywhere from 1 to 2 months, depending on what custom design was purchased. You can track the progress of your order from the account dashboard here.
Total time to arrival: Clothing and accessories arrive within 2 weeks of purchase. Custom sneakers arrive within 1 to 2 months of purchase.
