Thank you in advance for reading. Not reading the following terms is not an excuse for return. Remember, all sales are final unless we make a mistake.

Purchase process

Click the “add to cart” button to put the item in your shopping cart, continue shopping if you want to buy more products. You can view and change your shopping cart anytime by clicking the “view cart” button. To finish the purchase click on the “proceed to checkout” button in your shopping cart and follow the instructions regarding billing, shipping, and credit card information. Make sure to match the card with the correct billing address! Click “complete” to finish the transaction. An email will be sent to you to confirm the purchase. Shipping addresses cannot be changed after purchase, this is due to PayPal’s buyer protection policy and Seller Requirements. All items are custom made to order, so they cannot be cancelled.

Shipping charges

The shipping charges for all orders are calculated at checkout. All products are shipped from Stratford, CT.

Sales Tax

We add sales tax for orders shipped within CT only. Buyers purchasing goods in other states are responsible for complying with local state tax laws.

Payment and security

We use a secure PayPal shopping cart. All personal information you enter will be processed through a secure server. All major credit cards and other forms of payment are accepted, a PayPal account is not necessary. If you have trouble with paypal you may call 775-476-8549 to pay over the phone. In rare cases money transfers are accepted.

Lead time

All Over Print Shirt and Cotton Shirt orders are usually shipped within 7 business days. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery of those goods.
DeCreaseRs are normally in stock and ship within 2 Business Days. During periods of backorder delivery of DeCreaseRs may take up to 2 weeks. While we try to keep this site updated with stock status, orders come in so fast that backorders occur unexpectedly. We thank you in advance for understanding.
Custom sneaker wait times vary. Wait times for each shoe are normally posted in the description of the sneaker. If no wait time is listed please contact chef@gourmetkickz.com with the product description to inquire on the wait time.
Warning: Custom Foamposites and 1 of 1 Custom orders carry an extremely long wait time. The wait list can be as long as 1 year after payment.

Inquiries

Order inquiries must be sent with the order inquiry form. Order status inquiries about shirt orders less than 2 weeks old will not be answered. If your shirts have not arrived inside of the 2 week arrival time, use the form to contact us, be sure to complete all fields of the form to ensure a timely reply. Do not email Chef directly about shirt status orders.

Inquiries about events must be serious inquiries with a pre-determined budget set and a general set of details already figured out. Do not inquire about an event if you have not made arrangement to actually HAVE the event yet. In other words, have your ducks in a row before trying to hire an artist, fielding inquiries from people who “are trying to have an event” is a waste of the artist’s valuable time whereas hiring an artist for a scheduled event is another thing entirely.

Return policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No returns or exchanges on items unless we make a mistake. Size charts are provided so you can measure your own apparel and determine what size will fit best. All items are custom made 1 at a time just for you. This is a small “print on demand” and “made to order” business, so we cannot operate like a large retail store. If this is a problem for you, please do not shop on this site.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

GourmetKickz reserves the right to modify or change the terms of use of this site with or without notification. If is your responsibility to read them before purchasing from this site.
