Custom “Big Bang-Alike” KD5

This pair of KD V “Big Bang-Alike” Customs glows at night like an alien spacecraft. The KD V came from NikeID. The midsole was skillfully wrapped in a galaxy pattern and coated with a glow in the dark film. Stars were accented to created a more vibrant and realistic representation of the starry sky. The midsole wrap posed a significant challenge due to the contours and cutouts that are unique to this sneaker. While most other artists would simply paint over this area for a not-so-realistic galaxy effect, wrapping this portion of the shoe with an actual galaxy print was quite simply, The Gourmet Way.
