Chef designed this shirt to match Jordan 5 Grape colorway kicks with reference to the movie World War Z. The zombie hands in this case represent sneakerheads. The iconic Now Serving Logo hovers above the hungry hands, tempting each and every one of them. The hands are color blocked to match Jordan 5 Grape colorway sneakers. The shirt is a perfect simple match.

Chef of GourmetKickz designed these shirts to match the sneakers mentioned above by using a color matching system that relies on a BEST MATCH POSSIBLE schema. If Chef is unable to find an exact match to the color of the sneaker for dye sublimation printers, he will use a complimentary color or related color hue or shade will be used. GourmetKickz uses color harmonies to create colorways that work well with the sneakers you are matching which is why GourmetKickz rank among the best in the world to match sneaker colorways.
Obviously Chef’s talents as a sneaker artist attributes greatly to his ability to create great color harmonies and color distributions on apparel. His talent for mixing paints to create exact matches for custom creations earned him a great deal of respect in the realm of custom kicks. Consequently Chef’s ability to design neck breaking shirts has earned his brand high rankings.
Chef of GourmetKickz attended Brown University in Providence, RI and took art courses at neighboring RISD (Rhode Island School of Design). Chef is also a respected collector and sneakerhead so he has the credentials to properly design shirts and apparel to match sneakers of any colorway. In fact prior to designing custom kicks and shirts Chef won several sneaker battles. As a result of his notoriety he even went on to contribute to Sole Collector Magazine’s AF1 Kicktionary.
