This custom is a late addition to the “Premium Kush” Pack that was just launched. The base shoe remains the same, a Premium Nike Roshe Run and the overall “420” theme is cross pollinated with a South Beach feel. The result is this “Kush on the Beach” masterpiece.
The price includes the base shoe. Estimated wait time is 4 to 6 weeks. Due to high demand and only 1 Chef in the Kitchen wait times are steep and subject to change without notice. All sales are final, no exceptions.
Patina is a individualized effect prized for its unique aesthetic and found primarily in copper pieces that have been exposed to oxidation. Now you can sneak some of the same style into your shoes with the Patina Pack. Starting with a canvas of a Jordan 1, every pair of shoes is covered in a custom copper paint and aged to showcase a dashing and distinct patina. Most of the shoe is then covered in a protective coating, but the exposed tongue will mold to your individual use.
This package includes a matching customized box.
The base shoe is known as the “Godzilla” Terminator Premium High. It was released over 10 years ago and has remained in deadstock condition for the entire time.
The moccasin flap of the shoe is made from a material known as Kawawaka, named after the artist who created it. The material is a denim base with repairing, distressing, and boro (the Japanese art of repairing and restitching denim) with pieces of canvas, leather, and snakeskin mixed in. The accents used are handmade clay feathers affixed with copper wire, suede lacing, wooden rams skull heel medallion, bone skeleton lacelock and a brass skull lacelock. The final piece is … SAVAGE!
This 420 themed AF1 is a throwback to an old custom AF1 GourmetKickz was known for, the “Get Lifted” AF1. Chef teased at this remastered version last year on his Instagram account but held off on a release until now. This custom is fully hand painted inside and out. The purple used is iridescent so it shifts hues in the sunlight.
